Celebrating an Incredible Milestone at San Juan College High School!

Earlier this week, we shared graduation rates for our high schools across the district, and we couldn't let the week wrap up without taking a moment to spotlight something truly special happening right here in our school community.

San Juan College High School (SJCHS) has done it again! The Class of 2025 achieved a graduation rate of 98.54 percent, one of the highest in the state of New Mexico. That means nearly every single student who walked through the doors of SJCHS last year walked across the graduation stage. Go, Griffins!

This kind of achievement doesn't happen by accident. Behind every graduating student is a team of dedicated educators, counselors, staff, and administrators who show up every day committed to student success. From the classroom to the hallways, they've built a school culture where students feel supported, challenged, and prepared for whatever comes next. We are so proud of each and every one of them.

Students at SJCHS have the opportunity to graduate with 2 degrees at once. While earning their high school diploma through Farmington Municipal Schools, students can simultaneously complete an Associate’s Degree from San Juan College, giving them a tremendous head start on their college education and future career.
