VOLUNTEERS & CHAPERONES
Thank you for taking an interest in volunteering your time in our schools.
To begin regularly volunteering or chaperoning in the Farmington Municipal District, you must complete an application and pass a background check. The packet at the link below must be printed, filled out, and approved by an administrator. Once approval is given, please follow the instructions for obtaining the needed background check. Please be aware that the turn-around time for background checks can be 3-4 business days.
