FHS, Tibbetts & one Hermosa orchestra student will be featured at this concert. Doors will open at 5:15 PM. $3/person. Pre-show end-of-year slideshow featuring every orchestra student will begin at 5:40 PM. Music portion of concert will start at 6:00 PM.

Get it done right.This is a fundraiser event for Farmington High Athletic Training. All money goes back into taking care of Farmington High Athletes. Suggested Donation of $20.00 can be paid to Mrs. Riley or at the door. Pre Registration is highly recommended and can be done in the FHS Athletic Office or by phone (505)599-8772. Orchestra students will be invited to "Orchestra at the Symphony" tomorrow, April 20. This concert is called, "Enigmatic" and will feature Inna Faliks, piano soloist. Also being featured will be Elgar’s Enigma Variations, Ms. Leaming’s favorite piece of classical literature. The concert pre-talk will begin at 2:00 where students will learn about the music that is about to be performed and the concert will begin at 3:00 PM. The public is more than welcome and encouraged to attend our local professional performances at San Juan College Henderson Performing Arts Theater. Tickets available at the door.

Please congratulate Noah Sandoval, a Tibbetts6th grader who earned 2nd place at the Navajo Spelling Bee. It was hard for the students to hear all the high tones, glottal stops, nasal hooks in order to be able to correctly spell the words. They also had to pronounce the words correctly.
The Spelling Bee was at PVHS Theater March 19, 2024.

Students will rehearse for this Pre-MPA concert after school in the gym until the concert. Students will wear their concert uniform and need to bring a snack.
Please congratulate the winners of the district Spanish spelling contest. Our students have truly made our school proud. We secured both the first and second places, as well as the third and fifth. The first-place winner will represent our school in the state competition, scheduled for April 27th, 2024 in Albuquerque.
