Program at the below listed sites.

This program is open to any child 18 & younger, NO Enrollment, NO COST!

No summer meals will be served on 6/19, 6/20, 7/3, & 7/4

SPECIAL DIET MEAL ACCOMMODATIONS 
Parents/Guardians need to contact the Health Office at their student's school site to start the process for a special diet request.  In addition, as a part of our special diet meal protocols Parents please ensure your student's Titan account is set up, so when they are being served it will alert the cafeteria team to watch to ensure all special diet meal accommodations are met.  Here is the link to the Titan Portal:
https://family.titank12.com. You will need to have your student’s FMS-issued identification number to complete this process.

ALA CARTE OFFERINGS

We do offer a smart snacks program at both our middle and high school locations to accompany meal services (offerings may vary from site to site).   FMS Student Nutrition Department strongly encourages all parents/guardians to create an account in the Titan Family Portal, to fund their student’s meal accounts so we can lessen the frequency of handling money at the point of service during the pandemic.  Meal accounts can be set up for all students regardless of meal status.  All ala carte purchases are transacted and posted to the student’s meal account.  Ala carte items cannot be charged to a student's account.  Here is the link to the Titan Portal:  https://family.titank12.com.

All Student Meals are FREE! Effective 7/1/2025

Every student is eligible to receive a reimbursable breakfast and a reimbursable lunch meal daily. 

Only one reimbursable meal per assigned serving session per student. Students MUST take a minimum of 3 components one of which must be a serving of fruit or vegetable at each meal session. If a student takes only one component they will be asked to select 2 more components or pay the Ala carte price for the item.

If a student desires a second reimbursable meal they must pay (no charges allowed)
