We're thrilled to share that Jayden Griego from Farmington High School has been granted a $1000 scholarship from 3M! Jayden has also been invited to join a special national scholarship event this spring, along with other talented recipients. This wonderful news was revealed during San Juan College's participation in the NC3 National Letter of Intent Signing on April 18, 2024. This event, organized by the National Coalition of Certification Centers (NC3), is much like the NCAA's National Signing Day but for students pursuing technical careers. It's a time to honor students like Jayden who are entering technical fields and to recognize the value of their hard work. In the photo, you can see Yessenia Lopez, Jayden Griego, and Joshua Florez (Photo by W. Dean Howard Photography).
