The Health Services Department of Farmington School District is pleased to inform you that Participa! Dental Services will once again be in our district to offer dental cleaning and screening services for our students. They will provide these services in the schools soon and
require your consent. This service is free and no out-of-pocket costs to you. If you want your child to participate, you must contact the school nurse this week to get the form that must be completed. Forms must be turned in by January 21st.
