School Procedures

Hello Heights Families And Community Members!

Classroom Rules - Student Expectations

 - Be Prepared: Make sure your laptop is fully charged when you arrive to school - having to charge it during class time can become a disruption. All students were provided a bag of school supplies at the beginning of the year, please bring needed materials to each of your classes.

- Be on Time: The first bell rings at 8:30am. Being late is disruptive to the class. If you come in to class after the bell rings, you will be marked tardy. 3 or more tardies will result in a lunch or after-school detention.

- Dress Code: Hats are permitted in the building (at the discretion of each teacher), but Hoods are not. Crop tops, spaghetti straps, and short-shorts are not permitted. All dress code rules are listed in the handbook. Students not complying with the dress code will be sent to the office to call home for another set of clothes. Repeat infractions could result in disciplinary action.

- Phones: Phones should remain in student's bags during class, unless the teacher permits them. Phones are allowed out during lunch.
