Before student's can attend practice/open gyms/games, they must submit all paperwork to Rank One - and it has to be approved.
They will need:
A copy (front and back) of Insurance Card
These documents all need to be uploaded to Rank One at least a couple days before attending practice/open gym. The PVHS athletic trainer approves paperwork for PV, Heights, and Mesa View - so it will get approved when he gets to yours - please don't wait until the last minute.
