I’m so excited about joining the incredible teachers and staff at Country Club Elementary. For me, education is not a job, but a mission in life to help children and be part of the good in our community. It is an honor and a privilege to work with Principal Henagar to carry on the tradition of academic excellence at CCE.
I earned my undergraduate degree at Colorado State University in history with an emphasis in education, and I first started teaching with Farmington Municipal Schools 16 years ago. After a number of years teaching science and history at Hermosa Middle School, I received a Teaching American History Grant and I earned a Master of Arts in U.S. History from Adams State University. Subsequently, I transferred to Rocinante High School where I was awarded a Woodrow Wilson Fellowship to earn a Master of Business Administration in Education Leadership from New Mexico State University. I have also been an adjunct instructor for San Juan College for the last 9 years teaching various history and economics courses.
More importantly, I have three wonderful little girls that rule my life (ages 3, 6, & 7), and one wonderful wife of 13 years who is also a teacher. I truly appreciate this opportunity to be a part of the family at Country Club Elementary, and please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Seth Levine
