NJHS is a service-based club that is by invitation only. Students are chosen based on their academic performance and leadership qualities in the pillars of Scholarship, Service, Leadership, Character, and Citizenship. Students work on service projects within the school and community throughout the year and also complete at least 15 hours of service on their own. They must maintain a 3.6 GPA and have As and Bs only.
